24. PAYMENT OF BILLS: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-11 APPROVING THE CITY WARRANT REGISTER OF DEMANDS DATED MARCH 11, 2026 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-11 approving the Warrant Register dated March 11, 2026.
