12. SALES TAX CONSULTANT AGREEMENT RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Master Services Agreement with Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates to provide sales and use tax consulting, analysis, and audit recovery services.
