Consider receiving the results of the Community Needs Survey and awarding a contract to The Lew Edwards Group (LEG) for Ballot Measure Outreach and Strategic Communications (Jun) (30 mins) Recommendation: 1) Receive and file the results of the Community Needs Survey conducted in February 2026 by Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz & Associates (FM3); and, 2) Award a Contract Services Agreement (Agreement) to The Lew Edwards Group (LEG) for Ballot Measure Outreach and Strategic Communications.
