6) CONSIDERATION OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR FY 24-25 RESIDENTIAL STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT - PROJECT NO. 25001 AND ASSOCIATED BUDGET AMENDMENT It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Award the Construction Services Agreement for the FY 24-25 Residential Street Rehabilitation Project (Project No. 25001) to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder; 2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the Construction Services Agreement with Onyx Paving Company, Inc. for $4,646,000.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments up to 10% of the awarded agreement amount; 4. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction); and 5.
