5) CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT FOR BUS SHELTER MAINTENANCE SERVICES
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:

Light Center for Social Advancement for bus shelter maintenance services, for an initial
term of three (3) years, with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions, in an amount
not-to-exceed $1,118,630.00, in a form approved by the City Attorney;
3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments to the agreement;
and
4. Authorize the City Manager to exercise the extension options.
