7. Approve Final Parcel Map No. 84348 to subdivide one (1) 19,281-square foot parcel into two (2) parcels with one single family residence and one ADU on one lot and one single family residence and two ADUs on the other lot. It is recommended that the City Council accept the Final Parcel Map No. 84348 and authorize the City Clerk and staff to sign the Final Parcel Map.
