10. Annual Progress Reports for the General Plan and Housing Element for 2025. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Approve the 2025 Annual Progress Reports (APR) for the General Plan and Housing Element so that they may be submitted to the appropriate state offices by the deadline of April 1, 2026.
