10.G. 2025 Monterey Park General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Receiving and filing the 2025 General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report; 2. Directing the City Manager, or designee, to forward a copy of the report to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (“OPR”) and the State Department of Housing and Community Development (“HCD”) by April 1, 2026; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
