10.C. Services Agreement First Amendment to Fifth Asset Inc, DBA Debtbook for Debt, Cash and Investment Management Software and Services It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to Agreement No. 2369- AI with Fifth Asset Inc., DBA Debtbook, in a form approved by the City Attorney. This first amendment will permit Fifth Asset Inc. to continue to provide the City with debt, cash and investment management software and services from May 20, 2026, through May 19, 2029, and increase the not-to-exceed amount to $80,500 for the term of the Agreement; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
