City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the 2025 26-1296 Sanitary Sewer Management Plan (SSMP) Update to meet the requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), including the 2022 revised Waste Discharge Requirement, for effective management of the City’s sanitary sewer system.
