8. Hawthorne Housing 2026-2027 Annual Plan and Administrative Plans. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Approve the 2026-2027 Annual Plan; 2. Direct staff to file the required Annual and Administrative Plans with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on or before the due date of April 17, 2026.
