20. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TAKE TO TWO LLC., FOR FILM PROGRAM CONSULTANT SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $69,700, FOR A NEW TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $99,700, AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 7997 APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATE $69,700 TO FUND THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the amendment to the professional services agreement with Take to Two LLC., for film program consultant services, in the amount of $69,700, for a new total not to exceed amount of $99,700 and amend the termination date; and 2. Adopt Resolution No. 7997, approving a budget amendment to appropriate funds in the amount of $69,700 to Account No. 101-2010-2011-8180-000 (Contract Services) and in revenue Account No. 101-0000-0000-4445-000 (Filming Permits)
