10.C. Authorize Second Amendment to Agreement No. 2244-AA with E-Plan, Inc./ e-PlanSoft for Electronic Plan Review Software It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to Agreement No. 2244-AA with E-Plan, Inc./e-PlanSoft, in a form approved by the City Attorney, to extend the term for three years through June 14, 2029, and add two additional licenses for digital plan check review software, for an amount not to exceed $113,228.63; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
