7. Authorize Award of Contract to DASH Construction Company, Inc. for Barnes Park Multi- Benefit Stormwater Capture Project: Caltrans Perimeter Wall (CIP No. 21-198 Phase B) It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve and award the construction contract for the Barnes Park Multi-Benefit Stormwater Capture Project: Caltrans Perimeter Wall (CIP No. 21-198 Phase B) to DASH Construction Company Inc. in the amount of $260,625.00; and 2. Approve a 10% construction contingency in the amount of $26,062.50 for the project; and 3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with DASH Construction Company, Inc; and 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriations and budget adjustments as necessary.
