Request for Approval of Addendum No. 1 to the Affordable Homeownership Expansion Agreement (AHEA) Extending the Project Activities Implemented by the San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Addendum No. 1 to the initial Affordable Homeownership Expansion Agreement (AHEA), extending project activities implemented by the San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity (SGV Habitat). 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute Addendum No. 1 Agreement between the City of Baldwin Park and San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity Inc (SGV Habitat). 3.
