5. Authorization to Publish a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Citywide Landscape Maintenance Services It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize Staff to publish a Request for Proposal for Professional Landscape Maintenance Services to commence in May 2026.; and 2. Continue with the current landscape vendor to maintain existing contract sites until a new contract is awarded (the City is currently negotiating the CIP increase).; and 3.
