AMENDED AND RESTATED NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) STORMWATER PERMIT IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement and any related documents necessary to implement the terms of the Agreement.
