21. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK (PCN) FOR CALL CENTER SERVICES AND RELATED INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the agreement entered into with Professional Communications Network (PCN) for call center services related to illegal fireworks complaints; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager's execution of the agreement approved as to form by the City Attorney.
