7. Objective Design Standards (ODS) for Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Projects Recommendation: 1. Introduce and conduct first reading, waiving full reading of the text, Ordinance No. 2026-424, adding Section 17.12.147 of the Calabasas Municipal Code regarding Objective Design Standards, and amending Section 17.12.145 to align the existing section with the proposed Objective Design Standards; and 2. Schedule the Ordinance for consideration of adoption at the May 27, 2026, City Council meeting; and 3. Find the project exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15601(b)(3)(General Rule Exemption) of the CEQA Guidelines; and 4. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2004 to amend the Citywide Fee Schedule to establish a fee in the amount of $16,676 for the new Objective Design Review Permit. CONTINUED BUSINESS
