7.\nObjective Design Standards (ODS) for Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Projects\nRecommendation:\n1. Introduce and conduct first reading, waiving full reading of the text,\nOrdinance No. 2026-424, adding Section 17.12.147 of the Calabasas\nMunicipal Code regarding Objective Design Standards, and amending\nSection 17.12.145 to align the existing section with the proposed Objective\nDesign Standards; and\n2. Schedule the Ordinance for consideration of adoption at the May 27, 2026,\nCity Council meeting; and\n3. Find the project exempt from environmental review in accordance with\nSection 15601(b)(3)(General Rule Exemption) of the CEQA Guidelines; and\n4.
