9. CalPERS Actuarial Cost Analysis Report for Granting Two Years of Additional Service Credit Recommendation: 1. Receive and file California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) actuarial cost analysis for Section 20903 ~ Additional Two Years of Service Credit report; and 2. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2006 to Grant a Designated Period for Two Year Additional Service Credit from April 23, 2026, to August 7, 2026; and 3. Authorize the City Clerk to sign the CalPERS Certification of Compliance with Government Code Section 7507; and 4. Authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign the CalPERS Certification of Compliance with Government Code Section 20903; and 5.
