4. Traffic Markings, Striping, and Signage On-Call Contracts Recommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Toro Enterprises, Inc., and WGJ Enterprises Inc., dba PCI, in substantially the same form as submitted, for on-call signing and striping services for a total amount not-to-exceed $200,000, for a 5-year term.
