5. City Council: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment 2 26-1375 to the Public Works Agreement with Botsford Construction, Inc. (Botsford), in the amount of $306,500, for additional carpentry work at Fire Station 4 and 615 Mission Avenue as well as a contingency for a revised Fiscal Year 2025-26 annual total of $627,430; authorize the City Manager or designee, to execute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting documents; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the change order.
