6. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a contract 26-1355 change order to the construction contract with Fordyce Construction, Inc. for the Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) and Light Emitting Diodes (LED) Stop Signs project in the amount of $99,152, for a total purchase order amount of $799,952; authorize the City Engineer to execute the Contract Change Order; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the change order.
