12. CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT PROJECT COMPLETION AND AUTHORIZE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE GREVELIA AND BERKSHIRE POCKET PARKS PROJECT NO. 005157, AND AUTHORIZE RELEASE OF THE RETENTION PAYMENT TO MONET CONSTRUCTION, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $102,686.72 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council consider: a. Accepting the Grevelia and Berkshire Pocket Park Project No. 005157 (Project) as complete; and b. Authorizing the recordation of the Notice of Completion (NOC) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder County Clerk; and c. Authorizing release of retention payment to Monet Construction, Inc. (Contractor) in the amount of $102,686.72.
