City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 26-1382 Professional Services Agreement (PSA), in the amount of $99,480, with On Duty Health, PLLC, for the Silver Package Health and Fitness Assessment; approve the procurement as a sole source purchase; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the change order.
