11. An agreement with CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) to jointly pursue two state grants and for CORE to be a sub-recipient if the grants are awarded. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Approve the Pre-teaming Agreement with CORE and authorize the Planning Director to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
