10. PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 3502.3 CONCERNING VACANCIES AND RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION EFFORTS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Conduct a public hearing and receive and file the report on the status of vacancies and recruitment and retention efforts in accordance with Government Code section 3502.3; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
