15. APPROVE THE USE OF ASSET FORFEITURE FUNDS FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF ILLICIT NARCOTICS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the use of $15,180 in Asset Forfeiture funds for costs associated with the destruction of illicit narcotics; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
