11H. CONSIDERATION OF AWARDING A CONCESSION AGREEMENT FOR END-OF-PIER BAIT & TACKLE, FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATION AND FINDING THE PROJECT EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Potential Action If the City Council concurs with the contents of the Administrative Report and the selection of Hook and Cook to operate the facility, adopt Resolution No. 26-90, which will: 1. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 of the CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (14 CCR 15301, Existing Facilities). 2. Award a Concession Agreement to Hook and Cook SC, LLC for the operation of the end-of-pier bait and tackle, food, and beverage concession for a four-year term with one two-year extension option. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26-40, by and between the City of San Clemente and Hook and Cook SC, LLC., providing for operation of the end-of-pier bait and tackle, food, and beverage concession for a term of four years with one two-year extension option.
