11F. CONTRACT AWARD - ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE REEVES BOOSTER PUMP STATION, AUTHORIZING AN EXEMPTION TO THE FORMAL SOLICITATION PROCESS Potential Action If the City Council concurs with the Administrative Report, adopt Resolution No. 26-88, which will: 1. Approve an exemption to the formal solicitation process in accordance with the City Purchasing Policy 201-2-1, Section XI.A.1.2. 2. Award a Professional Consultant Services Agreement to AKM Consulting Engineers, for the Engineering Construction Support Services for the Reeves Booster Pump Station, CIP Project No. 17405. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26- 39, by and between the City of San Clemente and AKM Consulting Engineers, providing for Engineering Construction Support Services for the Reeves Booster Pump Station, in an amount not to exceed $183,048, in a form substantially similar to Contract No. C26-39 (Attachment 2).
