City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 26-1360 ordering the vacation of the Alley located in Block 75 of Horne’s Addition Map No. 323 and direct the City Clerk to file a certified copy of the resolution with the County Recorder upon satisfaction of conditions.
