21. Agreement for Funding Administration Services for Federally Funded Projects with Advanced Avant-Garde Corporation. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Agreement with Advanced Avant-Garde Corporation and authorize the Director of Public Works to enter into and execute the Agreement.
