Adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-424 - Objective Design Standards (ODS) for Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Projects Recommendation: Conduct second reading, waiving full reading of the text, and adopt Ordinance No. 2026-424 adding Section 17.12.147 of the Calabasas Municipal Code regarding Objective Design Standards, and amending Section 17.12.145 to align the existing section with the proposed Objective Design Standards.
