19. Resolutions, Forms, and Documents required by California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) Related to Measure K Transactions and Use Tax Recommendation: 1. Adopt the Resolution 2026-2013: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calabasas Authorizing City Manager to Execute Agreements with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration for Implementation of a Local Transactions and Use Tax. 2. Adopt the Resolution 2026-2014: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Calabasas Authorizing Examination of Sales or Transactions and Use Tax Records. 3.
