Recent Planning Commission Quasi-Judicial Decisions: Use Permit to 26-0331 allow the once-weekly Manhattan Beach Certified Farmers’ Market to permanently operate in the parking lot and plaza of the Manhattan Beach Civic Center site on Tuesdays between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. located at 1400 Highland Avenue (Community Development Director Alkire).
