Adopting the Amended Fee Schedule for Solid Waste Collection and Recycling Services to reflect Consumer Price Index Increases." It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-010, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Adopting the Amended Fee Schedule for Solid Waste Collection and Recycling Services to reflect Consumer Price Index Increases.” 2. Consider authorizing the City CEO to start negotiations with Waste Management, Inc. on a 5- year contract extension.
