15. AUTHORIZE INCREASING THE NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT ON THE BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER WITH LIFE-ASSIST, INC. FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SUPPLIES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize increasing the not-to-exceed amount on the blanket purchase order with Life-Assist, Inc. by $25,000 for emergency medical supplies; and 2. Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $25,000 in Account No. 100-85- 860-6000.50 (General Fund, Fire, Suppression, Supplies-Medical); and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
