H. Consider Amendment No. 4 to the Contract Services Agreement for City Attorney Legal Services with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP. (Jun) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Contract Services Agreement for City Attorney Legal Services with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP, amending the hourly rates for legal services effective July 1, 2026 for a term of three fiscal years; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form prepared by City Staff and accepted by the City Attorney.
