5) CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSITION A EXCHANGE WITH FOOTHILL TRANSIT It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approved the exchange of $3,500,000 in Proposition A Local Return funds for $2,625,000 in general funds with Foothill Transit; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Assignment Agreement with Foothill Transit.
