22. CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 8014 APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 CITY BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Hold a Public Hearing; b. Review and discuss the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Proposed Budget, including the Capital Improvement Plan; and c. Adopt Resolution No. 8014 (Attachment 1) approving the FY 2026-2027 Budget, subject to such modifications or amendments as may be stated by the City Council in its motion to approve such Resolution.
