10. Adoption of Resolution No. 2026-012 “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California,Approving the Engineer’s Report for the Citywide Park Maintenance Assessment District for FY 2026-27, Declaring the Intent to Levy and Collect Assessments, and Setting a Time and Place for a Public Hearing” It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-012 entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Approving the Engineer’s Report for the Citywide Park Maintenance Assessment District (Fund 252) for FY 2026-27, Declaring the Intent to Levy and Collect Assessments and Setting a Time and Place for a Public Hearing.” 2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to process payment for Community Economic Solutions, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $4,500 for preparation of the Engineer’s Report 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
