(0830-35) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2026-065 awarding a construction contract to Jennette Company, Inc. for the Sewer Pump Station 8 Rehabilitation project for $928,890, and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute changes to the contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $111,110 for unforeseen construction changes.
