(0940-60) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2026-033 authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 2 with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for a not-to-exceed annual amount of $200,000 and authorizes the second of the two (2) renewal options for three (3) years.
