26. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4545 WITH TRANSTRACK SYSTEMS INC TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION REPORTING RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4545 with Transtrack Systems, Inc. (Transtrack Systems) for a three-year (3 year) term for a total not-to-exceed amount of $128,205, to provide software licensing and support services in accordance with the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) reporting requirements for Montebello Bus Lines’ (MBL); and 2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Montebello; and 3. Take such additional, related, action as may be desirable.
