18. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4000 WITH LOCHNER RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 4000 between the City of Montebello and Lochner, formally known as KOA, for a One (1) Year Extension; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
