16. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4495 WITH 1921 MARKETING SERVICES FOR TURNKEY BUS ADVERTISING SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4495 with 1921 Marketing Services (1921 Marketing), to provide turnkey Bus Advertising Services, for a one-year term with the option for renewal of up to two (2), additional one-year (1-year) terms; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and finalize Agreement No. 4495 with 1921 Marketing on behalf 3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
