10. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-48 APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2024 - 2027 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND THE MONTEBELLO POLICE OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-48 approving an Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Montebello and Montebello Police Officers’ Association (MPOA) effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027, to approve the revised MOU Exhibit A; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
