Public hearing to consider an application to modify a previously approved agricultural permit (AG-006986-2024 and APPEAL-007854-2025/Resolution No. 2025-30) to establish a community garden, allow limited small and large animal keeping, small-scale agricultural production, and associated agricultural uses on the subject property as accessory to the single-family residential use located at 3563 Fortuna Ranch Road. Environmental Considerations: The project has been determined to be exempt from environmental review pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Sections 15301, 15303, and 15304, which exempt operation of existing uses, construction of limited new small structures, and minor alterations of land on private property, respectively. The project meets these criteria. None of the exceptions in Section 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines apply, and no historical resources will be impacted by the proposed development.
