10.D. Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Sewer Rehabilitation - Award of Contract It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a public works contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Ramona, Inc. in the amount of $1,927,467.50 for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Sewer Rehabilitation, Specification No. 2026-005; 2. Authorizing the Public Works Director to approve change orders in an amount not to exceed $289,120, representing approximately 15% of the contract amount; and 3. Taking such additional, related action that may be desirable. CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act): The proposed project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 California Code of Regulations § 15301 as a Class 1 categorical exemption (Existing Facilities).
